In our intense on-site training you will gain a deep understanding of Tantra in it’s many aspects and how it integrates with Yoga through an exploration of Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Tantric Ritual Practice, Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology, Philosophy and Meditation.
